Before You Book

A few important details to help you choose the right space and prepare for your visit.

Our private spaces are ideal for meetings, consultations, coaching sessions, interviews, planning sessions, small gatherings, creative work and other professional or personal uses. Each space has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, private and welcoming environment.

Your booking includes exclusive use of your selected space during your booked time, access to power, private toilets, complimentary onsite parking, and access to hot boiling water and filtered cold water onsite.
A Hive Sacred team member will be onsite to support the smooth running of your visit, greet guests where required and assist with general centre access.
Each space has its own inclusions, setup and seating capacity outlined within the individual booking options. Please ensure your selected space is suitable for your group size and intended use.

Bookings can be made instantly online through our booking system. Select your preferred space, date and booking duration.
Our spaces are displayed as a 1-hour booking option, however additional time can be added during the booking process under “Add Ons” if you require a longer session, preparation time or pack-down time.
If you need to extend your booking while you are already onsite, please talk to us to check availability. Extensions cannot be guaranteed, as another booking may be scheduled after yours. If the space is available, we can manually extend your booking and arrange any additional payment required.
We recommend selecting enough time at the time of booking to avoid disruption to your session.

Please note that access to Hive Sacred requires stairs. The stairs lead directly into the bookable space, so we recommend ensuring this setup is suitable for you and your guests before booking.
Your booking time is your allocated access period. Please do not enter the venue or come upstairs before your scheduled start time, even if you only require access to the toilets. The toilets are located within the bookable space, and early access may interrupt the privacy and experience of the guest using the space before you.
If you arrive early, please remain in your vehicle in the private car park until your booking time. We appreciate your support in respecting the privacy of all Hive Sacred guests.

Please bring all materials and supplies required for your session, including stationery, notebooks, presentation materials, chargers and any equipment you need.
Hive Sacred does not provide printing facilities, stationery supplies or business equipment. A fridge is available onsite if you need to store your own refreshments during your booking.

Hot and cold water is available onsite at no additional cost. Guests are welcome to bring their own coffee, tea, milk and sugar requirements.
For a more elevated experience, herbal tea options and refreshments may be available through our add-ons. A drinks fridge is also available onsite with selected beverages available for purchase during your visit.

A food/drink truck operates within the building precinct on some weekdays. This is an independent business, and availability is not guaranteed by Hive Sacred. If you would like to check availability before your booking, please contact us.

WiFi access may be available onsite; however, we recommend bringing your own hotspot or backup option if your session relies on internet access. Hive Sacred cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet availability.

Hive Sacred Private Spaces provide an exclusive-use environment; however, the venue is not soundproof. The spaces are located within a shared building, and occasional background noise or movement may occur.

Your privacy is respected, and we actively manage access to the space during bookings. While the stairs leading to the space cannot be locked off, we will ensure other visitors are directed appropriately and do not enter your booked area. We cannot guarantee complete silence or that movement within shared areas will never occur, so we recommend considering this when booking the open areas for highly sensitive or confidential discussions.

The bookable space Round Timber Table in a Private Meeting Room (4–5 pax) is inside a secure room with an access-controlled door and is most suitable is privacy is required.
