Planning your event at Hive Sacred

We’ve answered the most common questions to help you understand our exclusive venue hire experience, inclusions and what to expect when hosting your event with us.

Hive Sacred is designed for curated events, workshops, circles, presentations, celebrations, wellness experiences, training days, client experiences and small group gatherings.
Our flexible venue allows you to create an experience that reflects your vision, with access to multiple areas including lounge spaces, meeting areas, open floor space and event styling options.

Our standard Exclusive Venue Hire packages accommodate up to 16 attendees, including hosts, facilitators and guests. This capacity is based on the resources included within the venue, including available seating, glassware, serving items and other event resources.

The venue may be able to accommodate larger groups; however, additional guests will require the host to provide or arrange additional resources to support the increased capacity. These bookings cannot be completed through our online booking system and require individual planning to ensure the venue, setup and requirements are suitable.
For events exceeding 16 attendees, please contact us at samii@hivesacred.com.au prior to booking so we can discuss options, additional requirements and associated costs. For these bookings we suggest coming for a tour of the space.

Exclusive Venue Hire provides private use of the full Hive Sacred centre outside standard trading hours.
Your booking includes access to the available spaces, onsite support throughout your event, venue preparation, cleaning after your event, access to selected furniture and styling items, and assistance with creating a smooth guest experience.
Additional inclusions such as catering, refreshments, décor and event enhancements can be added depending on your selected package.

Onsite support is included as part of your Exclusive Venue Hire experience at no additional cost.
A Hive Sacred team member will be onsite throughout your booking to assist with venue access, greet guests, support the flow of your event and help with general venue requirements.
The level of involvement can be tailored to your needs – some hosts prefer support throughout the event, while others simply require assistance with setup and venue access.

All packages include additional access time to allow for setup before your event and pack-down afterwards. The timeframe you book is considered event time; this is the time when your guests are present. In addition, you can access the centre one hour before and leave one hour after this time.
We kindly request that you respect these timeframes.

Yes. You are welcome to bring approved suppliers and personalise your event experience.
All external suppliers must comply with Hive Sacred guidelines, and the host remains responsible for coordinating their suppliers, guests and event requirements.
Catering and food guidelines apply to all food brought onsite. Separate catering and beverage forms are completed at time of booking.

Hot and cold water is available onsite at no additional cost. Guests are welcome to bring their own coffee, tea, milk and sugar requirements.
For a more elevated experience, herbal tea options and refreshments may be available through our add-ons. A drinks fridge is also available onsite with selected canned beverages available for purchase during your visit.

WiFi access may be available onsite; however, we recommend bringing your own hotspot or backup option if your session relies on internet access. Hive Sacred cannot guarantee uninterrupted internet availability.

Depending on the nature of your event, insurance documentation may be required. Where applicable, a current Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance must be provided within 24 hours of booking.

Yes. Please note that access to Hive Sacred requires stairs. The stairs lead directly into the venue space, so we recommend ensuring this is suitable for your guests, suppliers and event requirements before booking.

Where aligned, Hive Sacred may support your event through content sharing, promotion within our network or other agreed marketing support.

Event hosts remain responsible for creating, managing and selling tickets, registrations and client communication. Hive Sacred does not guarantee attendance or ticket sales.

Exclusive Venue Hire provides private use of the full Hive Sacred centre, with no other bookings operating onsite during your event. The venue front doors will remain secure throughout your booking, ensuring outside visitors cannot access the space.

While complete soundproofing cannot be guaranteed, the other two building tenants do not typically trade on weekends. As a result, you can expect the Hive Sacred venue and gated car park precinct to be a private and exclusive environment during your event.
