Hosted by Australian firefighters Josh Alpen and Jason Anderson, the podcast features honest, unfiltered conversations with people from emergency services, the military, and other high-pressure professions.

Each episode explores the realities of the job – exposure to trauma, the impact over time, and the challenges that come with identity, transition, and life outside of service. But it doesn’t stop there.
