The Hive Sacred Experience

Hive Sacred provides a thoughtfully curated environment designed to support your vision. Our versatile spaces can be transformed with two large Mellow Mats, perfect for women’s circles, floor-based workshops, meditation and wellness experiences, alongside theatre-style seating using our 16 velvet chairs. Add warmth and intention with decorative flameless candles, crystals, salt lamps, table runners, fresh flowers, plants and curated décor. We also provide practical styling elements including small tables, food platters, serving pieces, glassware and teapots to help create a beautiful and seamless experience.

We understand that creating a meaningful experience involves more than just the space. Hive Sacred provides support throughout the process, from helping you prepare guest information about location, parking and facilities, to assisting with event flow, run sheets and practical considerations. We can support with marketing where aligned, help you think through the guest experience and be onsite to welcome attendees and assist with any unexpected moments. Behind every booking is a beautifully maintained space with natural light, fresh flowers, plants and carefully considered details – allowing you to focus on delivering an unforgettable experience.

Our Pyramid Tea Range

Our pyramid selections are thoughtfully served in elegant teapots with matching glassware, creating a warm and welcoming experience for your guests. Each tea service is prepared based on the guest numbers provided prior to your event, ensuring there is enough for everyone attending. A Hive Sacred team member will prepare and serve the tea directly to your guests, allowing you to remain present and focused on hosting your event.

Green, Jasmine & Pear

The perfect grounding tea, delicate and aromatic.
A blend of smooth Chinese green leaf tea, and jasmine flowers. Finished off with satisfyingly cool natural pear twist.

Organic Mints

Mint tea is so soothing for the soul.
Caffeine free. A blend organic mints and blue cornflowers, grown seasonally in Victoria, with fine Egyptian spearmint and lavender flowers, with a finishing touch of Australian round leaf mint.

Black with a hint of Vanilla

Classic Ceylon garden black leaf tea, finely cut for fast infusion, with the added a hint of the natural vanilla bean flavour for natural sweetness.

Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

Blue Butterfly Pea Flower has stress-busting effects that may help to reduce symptoms of anxiety. It is also known to refresh the brain, bolster energy levels and stamina, influence positive emotions and thereby increase productivity. It is also nature’s natural aphrodisiac. The brew changes from blue to purple with a squeeze of lemon, which is a delightful additional to your event.

Spearmint & Peppermint Tea

High in antioxidants, can help balance hormones, lower blood sugar and improve digestion. Further reduce stress and improve memory. Tea can be enjoyed hot or cold.
Steep 1 tsp of tea per cup at 90-100 degrees for 5-7 minutes depending on preferred strength. Cover cup with saucer while steeping to retain oils and benefits.

VibroSound wellness Experience

Enhance your event by giving guests the opportunity to enjoy a VibroSound sessions throughout your booking. A Hive Sacred team member will be available to welcome and assist guests, creating a unique wellness experience while you focus on hosting your event.

Please note: The VibroSound Wellness Experience is designed to complement your event and is scheduled around your event program. As your dedicated Hive Sacred team member also supports catering, guest experience and other event responsibilities, VibroSound sessions cannot run continuously throughout the event. Prior to your event, we’ll work with you to create a session schedule that fits seamlessly within your run sheet. Once agreed, this schedule will be followed on the day to ensure your event runs smoothly for all guests.

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. Hive Sacred is already thoughtfully styled with natural décor, furnishings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Once we understand your event and planned layout, we may recommend subtle enhancements using items available within the Centre, such as cushions, blankets, decorative pieces or furniture arrangements, to best suit your event. Alternatively, you can bring your own styling items.

To protect the comfort and safety of all guests, alcohol, smoking, vaping, open flames, candles and incense are not permitted anywhere inside the venue. During standard trading hours, noise must be kept to normal conversation levels. Events involving music, cheering, loud activities or amplified sound should be booked as Exclusive Venue Hire outside business hours.

Our décor and enhancement items are not available as a catalogue for selection. Instead, we work with you to understand your event and may suggest additional pieces that complement your booking and are suitable for the space. If you’re looking for larger styling installations or themed décor, we’re happy to recommend local hire companies that can assist.

Guests participating in the VibroSound Wellness Experience will be required to complete a waiver before their session. During the experience, guests relax fully clothed beneath a blanket while listening through headphones and wearing an eye mask. If a guest is uncomfortable wearing headphones or remaining in this environment, we recommend they do not participate in this enhancement.

Yes. You’re welcome to arrange a complimentary 15-minute appointment to discuss your event, venue layout, catering options, enhancements and any support you may need. This appointment can be booked before or after securing your venue hire.
