Women’s circles are a time for us to gather and connect with each other. Often, we feel lost or like something is missing, this is an evening for you to come back to yourself and connect. The holiday season can be full of beauty, connection and family but it can also be a difficult time for some. These are the moments to be in a space where you can lean silently on other women, to lift your energy and recharge you.
This circle invites women to pause, breathe, and simply be. It’s a space to step away from the busyness of life and return from the mind to the heart. For this Women’s Circle, we will be welcoming the new moon energy and setting clear intentions for the new year. What to expect:
- Reiki (Energy Healing)
- Heart connection ceremony
- Oracle Cards to practice being guided by your intuition
- Guided meditation
- A safe space to share, listen or be heard
After the session, stay for herbal tea, nibbles, and reflection time — a beautiful chance to seal the energy and connect.

Hearth and Soul is a warm and welcoming 4-hour experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, feel more grounded in your body, and explore simple spiritual practices without pressure, intensity, or overwhelm. We begin by honouring the First Nations people and the land we gather on. During the workshop, you’ll be guided through:
