During your Access Bars® session, you’ll receive a gentle, hands-on process that works with 32 points on the head to release stored thoughts, emotions, and limiting beliefs. Many people notice a sense of clarity, lightness, and ease that continues to unfold in the days following the session.

Access Bars® sessions create a deep sense of relaxation and mental quiet, while also opening space to reconnect with yourself, slow down, and feel grounded.

Following your session, you’ll have time to sit quietly, allowing your system to settle. Tea and a light sugar snack are provided to support grounding and help the body integrate the energetic and neurological changes from your session.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. You’ll be fully clothed for the session, and a blanket will be provided for warmth and comfort. If you have long hair, wearing it down helps me gently access the points on your head with ease.

It is generally safe for all adults. If you have specific medical conditions, are pregnant, or have other concerns, please discuss them with a medical practitioner before attending.

Yes you can. After your session, it is beneficial to stay hydrated and take some time to gradually readjust to your usual activities. Enjoy the lingering sense of calm and balance as you resume your day.

You are welcome to talk if you feel called, but silence is helpful for deep relaxation and integration. Feel free to adjust your position to stay comfortable, but please keep your arms resting by your sides. This helps the energy flow clearly, supporting a more balanced and open experience.
